We are headed to Detroit this weekend for the LPA convention! Detroit's only an hour from us which usually is nothing to brag about unless there is a major national conference in town.
I'm so excited to finally meet some of the people I have been corresponding with over the year. We leave tomorrow and are staying through until Monday. I will be back and forth all week but I will give updates!

I can't even tell you how jealous I am!! Have a great time and take lots of pictures of the kiddos together! We'll be there next year in NYC.

Cat, I'm jealous as well! I would love for Caitlyn to be there for some playdates, however it's going to have to wait another 2 years. We're going to make the 2010 in Nashville our first convention. Caitlyn will be 5 by then and have an understanding of what it means to be a little person. Now if there was one closer to our house, then we would be there, but Detroit is a little to far from Sacramento. Have a great time and I look forward to hearing about all the fun you have!

Can't wait to meet your family! My boys and I are volunteering in the children's room, so hopefully we can hang out with Owen!
